|The Guild is dedicated to the promotion of interest and skill in handweaving and spinning. To achieve these goals the Guild sponsors lectures, programs, workshops, exhibits and other activities designed to provide knowledge, support and inspiration to all who are interested. Guild members take active part in demonstrations of weaving and spinning skills at schools, public meetings, craft fairs and civic events. the Guild welcomes members at all levels of skill from novice to professional.
The Guild welcomes anyone interested in these traditional crafts as guests at any one of its general meetings.
