Classic Crackle and More

Instructor: Susan Wilson
Crackle weave is a surprisingly versatile weave with exciting design potential on just four shafts. Learn the essentials of drafting and designing in classic crackle weave. On your own loom, explore many variations by weaving in the manner of other structures such as summer and winter, and by using special treadlings such as polychrome. We’ll then move on to the challenges of designing multi-shaft crackle for creating more complex patterns. [not round robin]
